LAUNCH TOGETHER & IBOVO PRIVACY POLICY:

The ibovo Privacy Policy is hereafter referred to as the "Agreement". LaunchTogether.com is a wholly owned website of ibovo.

• GENERAL.

  2. Changes to this privacy policy will be posted in updates to the ibovo Privacy Policy, and will be effective, unless stated otherwise, as of the date posted.
  3. Various Services on ibovo may be used without creating an Account. In order to use Services reserved for members, you must create an ibovo Account.
• COLLECTION OF INFORMATION.
  1. When you create an Account with ibovo your personal information may be collected and stored, unless otherwise stated. In some cases (e.g., to gain access to and use ibovo premium Services) your personal financial information may be collected and stored, unless otherwise stated.
  2. Required personal information to create an Account includes, but is not limited to, first name, last name, city/town, state/province, zip code/postal code, country, highest level of education, email address, date of birth, professional experience, interests and availability.
  3. In addition to required information, additional optional information may be collected and stored during registration and, in some cases, after registration. This information includes, but is not limited to, address, gender, educational background, previous employment, and hobbies.
  4. ibovo may also collect and store non-personally-identifiable information, including, but not limited to, aggregate user data, browser type and IP address.
  5. You may also post information on our site (to both member areas and public areas). When you post information to our site, including personal, financial, or other, you do so are your own risk. While ibovo may collect and store such information, we cannot control the use of that information by others.
• USE OF COOKIES.
  1. In some cases, ibovo may use "cookies" to collect information. Cookies are files stored on your hard drive. Cookies assist us in the delivery of our Services - including, but not limited to, delivering content and advertisements.
• OUR USE OF YOUR INFORMATION.
  1. Information is collected by ibovo with the chief purpose of facilitating connections between members, and between members and teams. ibovo also uses this information with the goal of providing a more efficient, effective and customized user-experience.
  2. Information collected on ibovo may be used by ibovo for, among other things: research, reporting, metrics, and auditing. The primary use of this information is, inter alia, to: enhance our Services; provide relevant services; for security purposes; and/or deliver targeted advertisements and content.
  3. Information collected by ibovo may, at the sole discretion of ibovo, be provided to third parties. This information may be provided in order to, inter alia: enhance our Services; provide relevant services; for security purposes; and/or to deliver targeted advertisements and content.
• INVITATIONS TO NON-MEMBERS.
  1. Any User can send an invite to a non-member through ibovo. To do so, users must enter non-members' email addresses. ibovo may, in its sole discretion, store these email addresses.
• USING INFORMATION FROM IBOVO.
  1. By using ibovo you will have access to Content, in Public Areas and/or Member Areas. You must use this information in a responsible manner and in accordance with the Agreement. Under no circumstances, unless stated otherwise, may you use, sell, resell, or distribute the personal information of an ibovo User without the express consent of ibovo and the express consent of the User, and then only after adequate disclosures.
• ADVERTISING.
  1. Advertisements delivered on or through ibovo may be distributed by ibovo or third parties. Third parties include, but are not limited to, partners, affiliates, research firms, advertisement agencies, advertisement technology, advertisement firms and vendors.
  2. Advertisements distributed by ibovo and third parties may use, inter alia, aggregate user data to target advertisements. Aggregate user data may also be used by third parties for the purposes of research, reporting, metrics and auditing.
  3. Third parties may use cookies. In the event that a third party uses cookies, they will generally be able to access, view, edit and set their own cookies. Additionally, these cookies will generally be used by third parties in accordance with their respective privacy policies.
• ACCOUNT PROTECTION AND SECURITY.
  1. Account protection is extremely important to ibovo. Access to your Account is password-protected, and you may change your password at any time, for any reason, to ensure that your information is safely protected. ibovo employs reasonable measures to ensure that your Account is secure. While ibovo may notify you through email on matters regarding your password, personal information and/or financial information, ibovo will never ask you for your password, personal information or financial information in an email. Please note, Account protection cannot be guaranteed by ibovo due to unauthorized entry and/or use, software and/or hardware failure(s), and/or other compromising factors.
• ACCESSING, REVIEWING, REMOVING AND MODIFYING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION.
  1. ibovo users may access, review, remove or modify certain personal and financial information at any time by logging into their ibovo Account. Certain information, including, but not limited to, your nickname may not be modified. You may request the termination of your account at any time, for any reason, by contacting info@ibovo.com.
• LINKS TO OTHER SITES.
  1. Content on ibovo may contain links to other websites. This Content may be provided by ibovo or Users. This Privacy Policy does not, and should not be construed to, govern privacy policy on any such websites. When you access a link to another website through Content posted on ibovo you should read and review the privacy policy for that website. This privacy policy applies solely to ibovo.
• MINORS.
  1. The ibovo Services are not available to minors, as described in section 3(a) of the Member Agreement. If you are a minor, you are prohibited from creating an ibovo Account, and/or providing any personal and/or financial information to ibovo. ibovo accepts no liability arising from a violation of section 3(a) of the Member Agreement.
• LEGAL DISCLAIMER.
  ibovo may, from time to time, be required to disclose your personal and or financial information as required by law. Such information will be disclosed as required, or where ibovo believes in good faith that it is necessary to disclose such information in order to: comply with a court order, comply with a judicial proceeding, conform to legal requirements, protect the personal safety of Users or the public, comply with other legal process(es) served on ibovo, and/or to exercise our legal rights or defend against other claims.
• YOUR CONSENT.
  1. By using ibovo Services you consent to all terms, policies, conditions, and procedures within the ibovo Privacy Policy.
• REVISIONS/MODIFICATIONS TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY.
  1. ibovo may from time to time, in its sole discretion, revise or modify this privacy policy. Users will be notified of revisions and modifications to this privacy policy by a posting to the ibovo website and/or through email.
